The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland proudly organized a workshop on "Leadership & Teamwork: an Exclusive Training Workshop" on Saturday 1st November 2014. The workshop started at 9:30am and ended at around 5:30 pm. The workshop was aimed to encourage the participants to explore the different aspects of a team, as well as ways that they can become a top-notch team performer. The participants were given the details and concepts of what makes up a team and what factors are necessary for being a successful team and team member.
The training workshop was presented by the acclaimed UK based Approachable Coaching, with the vast experience in training businesses in leadership, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, confidence & assertiveness.
The trainer, Dr.Hussein Nagi is an Accredited Leadership Trainer by John Adair International, one of the world’s leading authority on leadership and leadership development, with over a million managers worldwide taking part in its Action-Centred Leadership programs.
The total of 19 people attended the workshop and their feedback are generally positive; They encouraged ICCI to organize more of such programs in the future due to the opportunities training like this provides the participants to gain practical skills and experience.
