ICCI announces Harun Yahya Conference on Saturday, 16th February 2008. Guest speakers: Dr. Oktar Babuna & Mr. Ali Sadin Engin from Istanbul, Turkey.

The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland, Clonskeagh is proud to announce its 4th Annual Conference. This year the conference will be titled: “Our Children…Hopes & Realities”. We are blessed to have as invited guests of the programme eminent scholars and personalities from the Islamic World and Europe and America, such as:

Sheikh Salman Al-Awda, Sheikh Wajdi Ghunaim, Sheikh Shakir Al Sayyid, Dr Ma’mun Mobayyed.

The NCCRI invited members of the ICCI to a roundtable discussion on issues for Irish and British Muslims at the Morrison Hotel in Dublin. The program was a great success due to good attendance by Muslim representatives from across Ireland and UK.

Sr Sabah and the sisters in Cavan invited Sr Summayah and Sr Lesley paid a visit to Cavan mosque on Wednesday 1st March 2006.
On arriving to the mosque we receive a very warm welcome form 30 sisters, Sr Summayah gave a talk titled “Unity in Sisterhood".

On 29th January 2006 the ICCI was honoured to welcome Sheikh Yusuf Estes from America who delivered two lectures entitled "Building Bridges between Muslims, Christians and Jews" and "New Muslim, What is next?". Visit Yusuf Estes' website www.islamalways.com

Sisters from the ICCI attended a national conference run by AKIDWA and the NWCI on the Invisibility of Black and Ethnic Minority Women in the Workplace.  At this lecture the ICCI ran a workshop on religion in the media.  No doubt it was an interesting day and submission from the day will be forwarded to the appropriate government departments.

‘Jurisprudence’ for the sisters.
