The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland announces Health Awareness Week 2009.
Beginning 18th October 2009 and finishing Saturday October 24th 2009

Sunday 18th: Official Opening by Hazel Caird from the Irish Cancer Society. Plus workshop on 'Cancer Awareness', fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness by FOSIS.

Monday 19th: Fitness for Women by Professioanl Trainer, 10am - 11am & 11am - 12pm, plus motivation workshop 12pm - 1pm

Tuesday 20th: Fitness for women 2 sessions plus dental hygiene for Kids

Wednesday 21st: Skin Therapies for Women 10am - 1pm, plus Stress Management for all

Thursday 22nd: Health Screening by HSE Nurses 9am - 5pm by appointment only, contact Lesley 01-2080000
Relaxation therapies 10am - 2pm, Fitness for Kids 10am - 12pm, Women's Cancers Workshop and Gynae related illnesses by Dr Lawahd Hasan 10am - 1pm.

Stress Management Techniques 10am - 2pm, Fitness for Kids by Professioanl Trainers

Saturday 24th: !0am - 12pm Fitness for Men by professionals, Men's Cancers and Gastroen Diseases Workshop 12pm - 1pm.

Friday afternoon and Saturday 10am - 2pm avail of our healthy Smoothies as an alternative snack.
