Ramadan National Quranic Competition
The 21st National Quranic Competition, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, was organized by the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th Ramadan 1437 H/18th and 19th June 2016.
The two sheikhs, Mohammad Ibrahim and Eid Zaher, judged the 128 participants from across the country who competed at different levels, ranging from half of Juz' to the entire Holy Quran. Below you can find some of the photos from the competition itself.
The result will be announced on Saturday, 9th July 2016 inshaa Allah at 3-5 pm in the Multi Purposes Hall.
Ramadan Biography of the Prophet (pbuh) Competition
The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland organized a competition on the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) - Ramadan 1437. The competition was held in Arabic and English on 18th June 2016. Participants were asked that to answer questions on the book entitled ‘The Muslim’s Character’ by Imam Muhammad Al-Ghazali .
