On March 7th 2023, the head of the community welfare department was invited by AMAL Women's group to speak at their event to celebrate International Women's Day. The special guest at the event was First Lady Sabina Higgins.
The topic of the talk was: Technology & Innovation for Gender Equality. Also addressed was the dangers of the 'Dark Side of the Internet'
The talk was well received with many attendees requesting a copy of the talk and videos included.
