Dublin Open International Judo Championship 2024: A Day of Excitement and Sportsmanship!
The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland, in cooperation with Judo Ireland, proudly hosted the highly anticipated “Dublin Open” International Judo Championship 2024. The championship took place on Sunday, September 29th, bringing together a spirited community of athletes and supporters.
This year’s competition saw participation from talented judokas of all ages and skill levels, from juniors to seniors, and both men and women. Competitors hailed from across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK, showcasing their dedication and passion for the sport.
The day was filled with intense but respectful competition, where the atmosphere was charged with excitement and healthy rivalry. The winners of each category truly earned their medals with outstanding performances, and as a gesture of appreciation, every participant received gifts at the end of the event.
