On Thursday, November 16th 2023, the ICCI Head of Community Welfare Dept., travelled to West Limerick to deliver a presentation titled 'Understanding Islam & Muslims', to Community Gardaí from the Limerick and Kerry regions.
The workshop was held in The Devon Inn Hotel, where over 40 Gardaí attended for the program. The workshop is part of the Cultural Awareness training organised by the Garda National Diversity Unit, and it is rolled out across the country to benefit all community Gardaí .
