As part of ICCI’s outreach, members of staff attend offsite meetings and conferences. Sr Amilah attended the Hospice Friendly Hospitals Paediatric Network Meeting on Wednesday 8th of May as a guest speaker, presenting on Islamic end-of-life care practices and supports. There were 47 attendees from 18 hospitals/settings in attendance.
From the feedback at the end, 59% of respondents reported that this session was one of their favourite parts of the Network.
