The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland invites you to our International Arabic Language Day 2022 on Sunday 18th December 2022 from 10am - 4pm, with refreshments provided.
Featuring exhibitions, book-fair, talks, Arabic calligraphy workshops, nasheeds from various schools, competitions and prizes, it will have something for all.
Day’s Programme:
- 10am - 4 pm: Exhibition & Bookfair
- 1pm - 3pm: Nasheeds, Talks, Competitions,
- 3pm - 7.30pm: Arabic Calligraphy Workshop (Registration essential)
Arabic Calligraphy workshop features renowned calligraphy artist Dr Salah Al Moussawy, who in a dedicated session will show you the fundamentals of calligraphy.
The Arabic workshop will take place from 3pm - 7.30pm and prior registration is essential. The fee for the workshop is €40, which includes all materials and handouts.
