Ahmed’s talk focused on the importance of Cultural Intelligence for organizational leaders and the dangers of the lack of such intelligence. He also highlighted how the Cultural Intelligence and Cultural Competence help in effective leadership and today’s leaders could build a sufficient level of Cultural Intelligence.

The Speakers answered various questions at the end of their respective talks.

N.B: Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to cross divides – between geographies, generations, sectors, specialisations, backgrounds, and beliefs – and thrive in multiple cultures.
