On Wednesday 14th June 2023, the head of the Community Welfare Dept, upon the invitation of the Laoise Integration Network, visited Portlaoise Community Centre where she delivered an awareness talk on the work of the ICCI and the importance of interculturalism, and challenging misinformation & fake news.
Her talk was received with warm appreciation and requests for further engagement.
