The management and staff of the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland wish to congratulate Sheikh Mohammed Ramadan for being awarded a PhD with Distinction from Dawah University's Institute of Islamic Studies, Beirut, Lebanon for a thesis entitled "Subject Approach and Interpretation of Repentance Verses in the Holy Quran".
At our last staff meeting, Dr. Ramadan was presented with an award by Dr. Nooh Al-Kaddo on behalf of the ICCI Committee in recognition of his outstanding achievement.
