The ICCI proudly presents "The Muslim Contribution to Europe", an illustrated lecture by the acclaimed Prof. Farhat A. Hussain, a holder of Ten Master Degrees, on Saturday, 6th April 2013 from 1.30pm-5pm

Amidst a higher visibility of Muslims in Europe, investment in Europe by Muslim countries and the diversity of relations between Europe and the Islamic world in the present day, this illustrated lecture provides a valuable historic perspective of links between Europe and the Islamic World over the past more than one thousand years.

This interesting and educational lecture deals with a rich variety of areas that include: Agriculture, art, architecture, medicine, science, chemistry, technology, finance, commerce and trade, diplomacy and much else.

The pioneering work of the speaker (who is from the English Midlands and was educated at Cambridge University) in history and archaeology of the speaker that includes field studies and research across Europe from Scandinavia to Spain is present throughout this professional lecture that is illustrated with maps and other illustrations throughout.
