Following on from our 2019 event, we bring back our Junior and Senior Citizens together to engage in an atmosphere of light conversation with the theme of ‘Going Forward Together’ in partnership with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council for the Festival of Inclusion initiative.
The COVID pandemic brought a halt to all congregated events which affected all communities regardless of age. We all adapted to using social media and online platforms as a medium to stay in touch with one another. With the Government easing restrictions we are determined to create opportunities to connect people of all generations. Developing stronger intergenerational connections between the youth and older generation will help nurture environments that support a culture of wellness. We want you to be part of that conversation as we move into a post COVID era.
As certain restrictions are still in place, entrance to the event requires attendees to be fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 within the previous 6 months. Certs can be shown at the door.
Doors Open at 2pm with the event taking place from 2.15 - 4pm.
Refreshments will be served for attendees.
