Breathtaking scenery, great competitions, bonding, brotherhood, awesome beach experience and unforgettable memories.
In an effort to counter the influences of social media, it was deliberately decided to enforce an internet blackout. There was a natural outcry, but the great natural setting and delicious food somewhat made up for this.
It was an incredible camp and the boys experienced real life adventure in a really magnificent setting beside the majestic Atlantic Ocean. As is custom, all activities had a strong Islamic thread running through. While there were lots of physical activities, such as wall climbing, our very own Beach Olympics, and a hike up a mountain up to an old watchtower, the theme of teamwork, working together, was ever present.
"That was the best camp ever" said some of them. We say until now, because there are more,bigger,bolder adventures to come.
All in all...A Great Camp!
