Breath-taking scenery, great activities, bonding, brotherhood, awesome Ringo-rides experience, tuff turf-challenge and unforgettable memories. Killary Adventure Centre, Co. Galway played host and did not disappoint; providing the boys with the perfect mix of character building and modern comforts.
It was an incredible camp and the boys experienced real life adventure in a really magnificent setting beside the majestic Atlantic Ocean. As is custom, all activities had a strong Islamic thread running through. While there were lots of physical activities, such as rope climbing, free sky fall, raft building, canoeing, gorge walking, dodge ball and a hike up a mountain, the theme of manhood and working together, was ever present.
"*That was the best camp *ever" said some. We say, Yes it was for now, because there will be more, bigger, bolder adventures to come insha'Allah.
All in all...a great camp!
