A study skills programme has been organised for students in secondary school. The course facilitator has put together the following learning objectives:
Through the Study Skills Course, the learners will realise the importance of using effective study skills and study techniques in their study routine for higher achievement.
The course will help the learners to build their learning method through practicing the study skills and revision techniques provided.
The course will enable the learners to manage their workload and their time through developing their organisational ability, and using effective time management strategies.
The course will advise the learners on how best to self-assess their performance in order to identify and overcome learning difficulties.
The course will provide effective revision techniques and exam preparation strategies in order to increase the learners’ self-confidence during exams.
