**Position: **Facilities Manager (Full-time)
The Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland is looking for a practiced Facilities Manager with exceptional Managerial and interpersonal skills to join our enthusiastic team.
**Responsibilities **include (but not limited to):
Day to day administrative tasks and Project Management Manage Cleaning and Security Staff Manage Security services & Gardening services contract Waste Management and Pest Control Health and safety Management at Workplace (Fire extinguishers, Fire and Intruder alarm system monitoring and maintenance) Manage the Maintenance of (CCTV Camera system, Sound system, Vehicles, Boilers & Water-coolers, etc.) Training events’ organization and coordination Manage the Utilities services
Skills required:
Project Management Skills and experience People Management Skills Event Management Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Computer Literacy Health & Safety Management Organizational skills Ability to work under tight time pressure Good level of spoken and written English (Arabic is also desirable). **No applications from applicants who require work permit/visa application will be considered **
