Following on from our meeting with Suzanne Dempsey, Deputy CEO, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, Dolores Heery Director of Mission, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, Adrian Cristea, executive officer of DCIF and Mudafar Altawash on Thursday 1st of June, we are delighted to announce to you all that the new prayer room in the Mater Hospital (Public) was officially opened last week on September 7th. Our CEO Mr Ahmed Hasain was in attendance and gifted two pieces of art work for the room.
It will benefit the Muslim staff and patients greatly. Well done to everyone who was involved in this wonderful initiative. It pays great homage to the concept of inclusivity and recognition of a growing and diverse Ireland.
