The 6th International Women's Breakfast sponsored by the ICCI, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Southside Partnership, and the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform (Office of Integration) took place on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 at the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland.

The morning consisted of a gathering of women from various backgrounds meeting to share each other's opinions, practices, customs and outlook. The women (126 in total) divided into 14 working groups where they discussed the means by which each of them can develop on what they learned in the morning's discussion and how they as women can contribute positively to a more integrated society that respects the differences of each individual and celebrates the commonalities shared amongst them.

The points taken at the 14 working groups will be compiled and studied at organisational level and plans for future programmes will take place accordingly.

Following the workshop the women shared in a culturally diverse breakfast at the Centre which boasted an intriguing yet delicious array of foods brought by the women to share on the occasion of the Women's Breakfast.
