Subject: Eid Ul Adha 2022
On Saturday July 9 th 2022, Muslims across the world will celebrate ‘Eid ul Adhaa’, a celebration when
Muslims remember and commemorate the trials and triumphs of the Prophet Abraham (peace be
upon him).
Celebrations will commence on the morning of Eid at the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland with
prayer at 9am, celebrants will arrive at the Centre from 7am. Following prayer there will be
celebrations held on the grounds of the ICCI, inclusive of food vendors, BBQ, and fun for the
children.
Muslims on the hajj pilgrimage also commemorate as they near the end of the pilgrimage rituals; we
wish the pilgrims a successful journey, and a safe return home.
Management of the ICCI congratulate the Muslims in Ireland on the occasion of Eid Ul Adha, and we
welcome anyone who wishes to join us on the day of our celebrations.
