Quranic Competition
The 24th Almaktoum Qur'anic Competition is on Saturday, 25th May for Dublin participants and on 26th May for all others. Categories are as follows: Half JUZ’, One JUZ’, Two JUZ’, Three JUZ’, Four JUZ’, Five JUZ’, Quarter of the Quran, Ten JUZ', Half of the Quran, The Whole of Quran. For the timetable please check the attachments.
The deadline for submitting the application is 17th May at 17.00.
Research Competition
Submission deadline for Ramadan’s Research Competition is on 22th of Ramadan 1440H, corresponding to 27th May 2019. Choose one of the following topics:
- Common values among nations;
- Muslims' challenges in the West and how to tackle them.
The winners will be announced during the graduation ceremony of the Quranic Competition. For information on paper format and length, please see attached files.
Book Review Competition
Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland has pleasure to announce the second Ramadan Book Review Competition 1440/2019. The book is The Muslim as a European Citizen. The competition will run on 3rd Saturday of Ramadan - 25th May, 15:00-17:00 hours.
The winners will be awarded financial and other prizes. The deadline for registration is 24th May 2019.
