On Saturday 21st of July, the boys youth club from Belfast came down to pay us a visit. Our youth co-ordinator Zahri took them on a tour of the ICCI. They enjoyed playing games in the youth club and also sat for a discussion on topics that they wished to know more about. Zahri took them into the city centre to experience the dawah stall (Islamic Information Stall) with the Discover Islam team. This stall is located just outside the GPO. They were also introduced to the history of the GPO and the 1916 rising. The large spire in the middle of O'Connell Street also sparked their interest.

We received the following feedback from their Youth Co-ordinator on the visit:

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for our young men, they really enjoyed the adventure and itinerary.

It was extremely beneficial for them to have the exposure to the Mosque environment, Brothers at City Centre and you as a role model of Islamic thought and interaction.

We look forward to their next visit, and also arranging a visit to their youth club in Belfast at some point.

Many thanks to all who were involved.
