A farewell ceremony was organized yesterday by the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland in honour of His Excellency Abdullahi Hamad Ali Alazreg, the Ambassador of Sudan to Ireland.
The ceremony which was held at the seminar room, was attended by CEO Dr. Nooh Al Kaddo, Imam Hussein Halawa, Mr. Ahmed Hassain (Director of Administration & Finance), Sr. Summayah Kenna (Head of Community Welfare Department & Member of ICCI Public Relations Team), Mr. Shaheen Ahmed and a number of heads of diplomatic missions and offices.
Dr. Nooh began the ceremony with an opening speech followed by inspirational speeches by H.E. Abdullahi Hamad and Imam Hussein Halawa, after which a lovely lunch was served. A gift was then presented by Dr. Nooh to H.E. Abdullahi Hamad as a token of appreciation.
