The ICCI Youth Club successfully ran its very own and exciting Olympics games on the beach. Our sports-day program for boys 10-14years of age took place on Saturday 17th of July 2021 in Brittas Bay Co. Wicklow.
The games included beach football, beach volleyball and many other games too. The most enjoyable competition was the sea splash - dives - free style, where everyone became a Olympic Champion.
The boys enjoyed a full day with games on the sand and in the sea and our awards ceremony was marked with a tasty BBQ
We would like to profoundly thank Brother Ali Jawad for his hospitality in assisting us to use the grounds of his private land for a more enjoyable experience.
We would also like to thank Brother Ali Choual for organising the BBQ for us and to thank the boys volunteers and parents who contributed to this wonderful day.
A great day on a sunny beach…Alhamdulillah.
